I don't even know what "long range" is. Most shots are under 50 yards. I've never shot anything over 100 yards.
I shot a doe a couple of weeks ago and she was inside 10 yards. She was probably like 20 feet from the base of my tree.
Do you ever worry about getting blood splatter on you at them muzzle sucking distances?
