Well to confuse things a bit more,the first reverse buttplate i have is on a 99E s/n 299090 it has no markings on it whatsoever. The first rifle i have with a SVG marked buttplate is a 99F s/n 318,042. I have a few between these s/n,s that have the regular shotgun style buttplates with the screaming indian logo on the bottoms.
