3094xx has a 3 digit number on the BP. 509. I never saw that before. The post 1950 plates have assembly #'s with numbers and letters. Maybe an early Chicopee BP but why is it only 3 digits? The buttstock has a partially unreadable # that doesn't match the serial #. It is penciled on not stamped into the wood. The BS has the proper checkering and the patina matches the rest of the rifle.
The forearm serial number matches and the barrel has the last 3 digits of the serial number.
