All those patterns are good enough for Turkey hunting where I hunt. I have yet to get a shot farther than 30 yards and presently use 71/2 shot out of a Primos Turkey tube choked Mossberg 500. Just about any 12 gauge or even a 20 throwing 1 1/8 oz of 71/2's would work just fine if it patterned reasonably well. I have an old Mossberg 20 gauge marked modified that really makes tight patterns with the right shells. I use 4 shot for rabbits with it to avoid putting too much shot in them. I have done a considerable amount of hunting with IC and cylinder bored barrels and taken a lot of birds and small game. But then where I live shot distances are usually short.
