On average, 1 gram of gold is present in 1 ton of gold ore. There are 31.1 grams in a Troy ounce. Doing the math, that's about a million Troy ounces of gold in the find, after mining and refining (expensive, grueling, and time consuming). That's vs the 171,300 tonnes of gold already refined and above ground, in the possession of humanity. Shouldn't have much effect on the price of gold.
