Go and demo ride them, there is significant difference in the machines. Pick the dealership you like best and pick the machine you feel most comfortable riding. We have had excellent luck with Yamaha. I also like Honda but they don't make a machine the size you're looking for. The Can-Am is different. My Polaris RZR is well made, I have the 50 inch and she's a tad tippy and I have flopped it over once. I took the 4wheeler in much worse conditions and have always been able to save it from going over. I prefer the 4wheel for hunting.
