Which powder would you choose to start with first?

Check Hodgdon's website, all of the powders you listed give good to excellent velocity with the weight bullet you've selected. I have personally loaded Varget, H4350, and Staball with 139 gr Horn SPs and have gotten the best consistent results with H4350, also with a little more velocity than their data showed. Enjoy that cartridge it's a dandy.
