I'm not a fan of the 139 SSTs, but I sure do like the 139 Interlocks. Both, my Montana and Classic Select, shoot .75" consistently with the following: (and SSTs should do the same)

139 Interlock seated .042 off. Coal=2.800
Hornady brass
CCI 200
Varget 43.5 @2815 fps (22" tube)

I know you didn't ask, but here's another that they both like.

140 TTSX seated .064 off. COAL= 2.812
Hornady brass
CCI 200
Big Game 48.5 @ 2962 fps

As with all loads, start lower and work up.
