LOL, I haven't been a member for years numbnuts, and I've said why right here, repeatedly. I still subscribe to their stated mission, which they seemed to follow for the first few years. But they got too big, hired the wrong people in leadership positions, and started endorsing candidates that I didn't endorse.
Once a rube, always a rube.
Same can be said for aśśholes, but I digress.
When I joined they were a grassroots organization with very few if any paid staff. No Land Tawney, no political endorsements that I knew of. They changed, I bailed.
And you sat on the sidelines pissing and moaning..
