I have been using a two probe grill/meat thermometer. I think the probes are shot and I have not heard back from the manufacturer if I can replace them. Thus, I am on the prowl for a new one. Which begs the question, do you guys like the instant read or wireless one that can be read from a display or a phone? My main use is with my smoker/grill.
I’m not very techie, so no wireless here. I can appreciate a hard wire (so as not to have to lift the lid) in combination with a hand held to true up and confirm when things get close.
