Is because Obama really is running the show. The plan was to replace him with Kamala so Obama could continue running it for a long time but she is simply too unpopular to be the front. They could replace him with a guy like Newsome but he is too young, too smart, and probably too independent to have Obama’s hand shoved up his ass like Joe or Kamala. So, they are stuck with Biden.
I think you’re about to see a real civil war break out with the Dems. They’ve got to jettison Biden.
