i live on homegrown meat, vegetables and fruit when in season and can & freeze for the off season... after consulting my Doc with some complaints he ordered up a blood test... came back deficient in D3 & B12... he ordered 2000 IU's D3 & 1000 MCG's B12 daily... it helped with my complaints but i had some internal discomfort, so i cut the D3 back to 1000 IU's daily which cleared up the discomfort... i don't just take vitamins without a reason...
