Myth #1:
There us no such thing as an "anchor baby". That is a "precedent" accepted as law. There is no law granting US citizenship to the newborns of foreign nationals.
Myth #2:
The CBP can AND will deport a mother and her newborn back to their country of origin! THAT is the law!
Myth #3:
The last sentence of "Myth #1" does away with "vacation births"!
For years, women of means vacation in the US and stay until their child is born, giving the child dual citizenship.
Unfortunately, so many people have gotten away with it for so long, I don't see that ever being reversed!
