The fraud in PA alone made it an illegitimate election. Under the constitution of PA, changes in election procedures must be made by a constitutional amendment, and passed by two consecutive legislatures. This did not happen. A democrat governor unilaterally changed voting procedures, upheld by a democrat state supreme court. This is black letter fraud. No math needed.
