First wife? Not so much towards the end. She had cancer and she felt like sheit. It made her meaner than <pick your meanest metaphor>.
Second wife? For the most part, yes. The most part is life and the kids get in the way of the honeymoon part. I do try to not piss her off though. She's a better shot than most men are.
