My experience with this conversion is that it works well right up until it doesn't. You can add weight to the bolt, install stiffer recoil springs, keep it spotlessly clean, and tune the [bleep] out of it, but regardless of what you do, it will always run on the edge of safety with a cartridge that it wasn't designed for and eventually you'll end up on the wrong side of that edge. Different people have different levels of risk/danger tolerance. so each of us has to decide for ourselves how close to that edge we're comfortable working. My advice is to always wear good quality safety glasses and heavy gloves when you're shooting this conversion.
