Cornish Cross need no growth hormones. All they do is stand at the feeder, eat, and grow. Yes, eight pounds at ten weeks, ten pounds plus at three months.

We used to raise 50 each year and start butchering in lots of ten at eight weeks. The last we killed at 14 to 16 weeks. They were like little turkeys. They roasted up beautifully.

We're having a 13lber, for Easter dinner !
