No, and sort of. The ballistic Silver Tip .30-30 is a coated bullet with a polymer ball making the bullet a round nose. The velocity on the samples I chronographed are typical .30-30 but the accuracy was quite good when shot from the 26", 20" and 16" barrels. I posted some pictures on the Beartooth forum but they are just .30-30's with nickel cases. The polymer ball should help expansion.
