Now I don't know what firing off 250 grains of powder behind a 180 or 300 grain bullet is like but I do know what 110 behind a 500 in a 8 pound rifle is like and it is substantial.
Beside the primer is basically a sawed off cartridge case that expands and seals off the breach just like a centerfire. Should'nt be too hard to make up some wording to outlaw this monster.
