The .32 Remington cartridge was Remington's "answer" for shooter & hunters wanting a .32, in a Remington repeater - it's basically a rimless .32 Special, ballistically speaking.

Remington also produced the similar .30 Remington, a .30-30 ballistic twin, for .30 cal fans.

I think the .303 Savage, while a ballistic twin of the .30-30, might have used slightly different diameter bullets.
