Inspector, in dry fly fishing, which I'm guessing you know even less about than you do politics, one casts the fly so that it will drift over the fish and "get a rise" out of same. I think that you might benefit by turning OFF your Computer, and either turn on your TV or pick up a Newspaper and find out what is happening in the "Real World", or God forbid go talk to a Neighbor. Of course since all the Media is Leftist, or Socialist they usually won't agree with what you "think" is happening.
