If this land isn't sold by next summer, I'll hold a cookout there, and everyone from here, or that "was" from here, is welcome to show up! Heck, even the "outsiders" are welcome if you want to travel!
There's a canoe in the barn, we'll get some inner tubes, get a big fire going, grill a bunch of stuff, maybe shoot a bit
, and just have a grand old time!
Of course, if somebody from here buys it, they'll be expected to hold the party as well!
