I've only hunted bear in Ontario (when a non res. could still diy)
and in Michigan, both peninsulas...with and without dogs. I'd like to hunt where a different color phase was a possibility...or one of the island hunts. Anywhere that allows a spring hunt really. I like the table fare of a lean spring bear.
