I like fishing as much as hunting, 5 flyrods wait in the corner for the season to get going. The drift boat and float tubes are waiting as well. The first real trip of the year is to go to the Firehole in Yellowstone on the opener over Memorial Day weekend.
Then it is where ever we can see a rise throughout the summer and the last big weekend of the year on the Bighorn over Labor Day weekend.
Not all the fish are big, but the memories are...
This small creek has produced many fish and some really big...
Once in awhile a furry fish...
You have to keep your eyes peeled for rising fish, even in winter monthes when the midges show up where there is open water...
And where else you can find some nice fish lurking in the shadows...
