You'd think I was messing with plutonium. Tonk, you know if they published it, there's a built in safety margin. I didn't buy a 45-70 to load it down below my 444 and I know that there's no practical difference in the two calibers for hunting purposes. I was looking for a reason to add another lever gun and darned if I didn't find one - a third more power. Mission accomplished!
