I spoke to several of the predator hunters from my gun club and their seems to be an agreement, that shooting those heavier weight bullets out of a fast 22-250 barrel has given them all a problem at one time or another.
Most stated that they could only get 3000 to 3100 fps shooting those 75 grain bullets upward out of their 1 in 8 or 1 in 9 twist barrels in the past. Now some of the figures I got were in the 1.25 up to 2 inch groups. Nobody said that they could break the 1-MOA barrier.
