Nice looking pistol. Unfortunately, Savage pistols don't do much for me but I do like to see nice condition in any pistol that old. (Please pardon the heretical nature of my opinion of Savage pistols here on the Savage Collectors board!)

I find the grip angle to be uncomfortable for me, for a quick pointing pocket pistol. Of the three that I owned in my life, none of them had a tolerable trigger pull (an unfair assessment based on such a small sampling, I know). I guess that being a devotee of the Walther PP with it's raked grip angle and very nice trigger clouds my judgment concerning Savage pistols, as I view such things strictly as tools not as a collector.
