If you read all the way to the bottom of his test he also talks about re17. He's pushed it hard and it pans out to be able to equal the slower powders using less case capacity. I've pushed it hard to and it's pretty amazing for a "4350" class powder.
But, there are lots of guys that love re22 in the '06 with 180's and up.
