He's guilty of plain old fraud. There doesn't need to be a new law enacted for that.
The reason I asked about the prison thing is because people go to jail for lying to Congress, Grand Juries, FBI, hell even the local police...even Barry Bonds is looking at jail time for lying about his knowledge of steroids being given to him ...But this [bleep] is so far beyond that I'm just wondering WHAT would be done...I'd hazard a guess that the NSA, CIA, FBI & others already KNOW the answer, which also makes me wonder how those who actually had/have knowledge should be dealt with if it ever came out...not to mention knowledge of aliases, passport discrepancies, school records & method of obtaining grants/funds etc. etc.
When you sit & think about all the questions that have never been given direct answers, it just boggles the mind, especially for a POTUS...
It is truly mind boggling,ain't it.
