I'm not quite outta here but will only make this final comment.My wife taught for 33 years and over that length of time we have given money to poor families,provided clothing,bought school supplies and kept a close eye on many families sending these kids to school in less than perfect condition.Administrative responsibilities? you bet but the guidelines for intervention are very hazy at best ..so we as did others chose to take on the duties that should have come from higher up..Some of you disagree that's OK but we worked out of a different playbook and I will never regret it...
