I lived in Winters until five years ago.
Nice little town, they finally got their first traffic signal.
My wife's family lived in the farming town of Monticello until they dammed Putah Creek and flooded it to make the lake.
My wife has assembled a museum dedicated the history of Monticello and Lake Berryessa, recently a local tv station did a feature on the museum.
If you're ever back in the area you would enjoy it.
