Are you sure you inserting the drill bit in the correct end of the BP?the bit needs to be inserted in the pocket where the 209 primer sits.if it won't accept a 1/8 bit in that pocket, it's built up with carbon.carbon build up when using BH209, depending on the primer your using can happen with as little as 10 shots..I own a Triumph also..
