Thanks guys. I'm also considering an opportunity in Autsin TX. TX is very friendly to my other business and I know the hunting in TX can be great, but I'n not sure how easy it is to secure hunting rights since most of the state is private. IT seesm like it would be much expensive to hunt TX.
