I still have one and it did/does not shoot great (I expect less than 1/2" groups from my .22s at 50yds and the best I could get was around 3/4" to 1" with the factory barrel) - which had some severe "chatter" marks in the last two inches of the barrel. Figured that this was the "problem" so I took two inches off the barrel to eliminate the bore flaw and recrowned - accuracy did not change. Next I free floated the barrel and bedded the action....still no change (Would ALWAYS have one or two flyers in my 5 shot groups). Then I put on a new Pac-nor match grade barrel and chambered it with a match "speced" reamer.....shoots a bit better but still it not hold a candle to my CZ452, Remington 541s, Anschutz 1710, Kleinguenther K-22, Winchester sporters (52 & 75), Remington 513s, etc.....I am still tinkering because I do like this way this rifle fits me and handles in the squirrel woods. I just want to stay under 0.5" CONSISTENTLY frown.

Really do like the A-bolt .22 and since I have been messing with it have found through the various forums that it can be a real hit or miss with these rifles - I apparently got an inconsistent one eek So if yours shoots you will enjoy the rifle, for the time period when they were made they were up there in overall quality. Just my 2 cents smile
