Not sure why you want to use the 100 grain bullets so bad on big game. I have seen several messes with them on antelope. I mostly shoot them at coyotes and use target bullets. With 100 grainers and 108 Lapuas, I use Varget, Big Game and R15. I tried Benchmark and nearly blew my gun up. I called Hogdons and talked to them about this "starting" load and it disappeared from their loading data!!! BE CAREFUL with Benchmark in large cases (compared to BR cases).
My go-to bullet for deer and antelope has been 120 Sierra Game Kings. I recently shot a large bear with 140 Sierra Game Kings. Both work pretty darn good, shoot good and are reasonably priced, unlike the ballistic tips.
