Purple and black sounds cool but like some have said it won't show up...will be a blacked out wash. I can imagine what your lookin for but have to advice as how to get there. It a roll of the dice man!?
Yeah, man, I would specify something around 50/50, listing black first as the dominant color. Check the McSwirley thread and look at the black/orange mixes.
