OP nimrod1949 Campfire Tracker N Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 3,523 north idaho	Any body here done one of these conversions? the new 17 Hornet is calling to me... I've got a 580 single shot that as a 17 Hornet would be perfect step between my 582 long rifle and my 223. Thoughts? I hear Dan Olson in Plains Montana is THE to to the conversion from rim fire to center fire.
