My Marlin is .45-70, but I adopted the .35 Remmy this spring when I inherited a Remington Model 14 pump that was built in the 1930's and owned by my grandfather, then by my uncle and then by my brother. I had it in the woods opening day of deer season in Vermont this year, and all of them were with me, I'm certain. I like Ranch Dog 195gr FNGC with Reloder 7 or IMR4320. Both will group nicely with iron sights.
