I have a .35 REM and it loves anything you put down the tube. I rember the old guy I bought it from, said its from 1957 ,I think balard grove ,anyone that shoots this rifle love it I nailed a 180 Ib 7 pointer last year in VT at 40 yards hit it in the neck .it drop down like a hot date on prom night
