Thanks for the reply. I should have typed more clearly. I understand the "Hand Load" vs "Factory Load". then extend it a little to include the "Trap Door Load" and the "Modern Gun Load" for the 45/70 Rugers and Marlins of today.
What of the derringer of today. I know that what ever I load, most of it will burn four feet in front of me. Is there a load that works well without wasting powder or under occupying the case.
There are quite a few cowboy loads out there, but since I load my guide gun and do not want to buy self ammo because of pride or principal, I thought that there would be someone out there that loads their own.
The 3"-410 kicks like my Mod 19.
