The magazine disconnect is really pretty much irrelevant and the loaded chamber indicator doesn't do any harm.
I hear ya there. Lot's of folks just detest the Mag Disconnect and the loaded chamber indicator but when it comes to the 22/45 I'll gladly deal with those when I gain replaceable grip panels. I really liked the way my MKII 22/45 performed but dang that grip was fugly.
Amazingly enough the used MKII 22/45's I see on dealer tables are now going for $400 on up. It's nuts what people will pay to avoid easily dealt with lawyer features.
