While there are not a lot of choices in "long range" .375 bullets, there is the 300 grain Accubond (bc .485) and although it is not made by Barnes there is nothing on the north American continent and vary little in Africa that could stand up to it.
And Sierra makes a 350 grain Match King bc .805
