"Ranch Life and The Hunting Trail" - Teddy Roosevelt written
in 1888. A really good read about what the title suggests.

African Game Trails is also excellent if you have an Africa bent.
^^^This is a great read, would also add "East of the Sun, West of the Moon", and "Through the Brazilian Wilderness".
