I think I have a pretty good idea of when the Roll Engraved (this would include the ones sold by Spiegel...not sure they were all sold by Spiegel), 99-H's, 1960-E, Spain rifles and RT's were produced and how the calibers fall out. Drew has a pretty good list of R/RS's, also. But it is hard to tell what part of the total the samplings cover.

Other variations have just been added when available (and I don't save data on every 300 EG I run across smile ) so can't always tell commonality by units collected.
