Whoever coined that phrase evidently bought beyond their needs and means….not saying there aren't plenty which make it true however.

Having experienced that 'other' dimension in time where one gets the benefit of clarity and sluggishness of time passage within brief moments, perhaps I know what he was talking about. Or perhaps I don't.
