"He needed killin'" should be a viable defense... It has been before.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

FROM THE RTICLE - " ... A woman who did not want to give her name but identified herself as a friend of Coleman's said "that man didn't have to kill him like that and I understand he felt he was going to help that lady but he could have shot him in a defense tactic, like his waist."
She said the homeowner "could have hit him in his leg if he was really trying to defend and diffuse a situation." Guess who that numbskull voted for in 2008 and 2012. L.W.

No shots needed. He was a good boy and would not hurt anyone. Should have just walked up and asked and he would have stopped shooting Gramaw. He was a good boy...

I can't see where he would be prosecuted, it sounds like a legitimate use of force in defense of another's life. He may not be prosecuted, but before it's over, I'll bet he feels like his efforts were not worth the trouble he will go through... True This. ^^^^^ Maybe, but this thought process has always been why some people do, and some people don't. I'm pretty sure that most heroes don't weigh their wallets before they jump into something.
