My father had fairly severe hemorrhoids which he referred to as the "Grapes of Wrath". He had them operated on at least twice.

A few years ago my brother told me about his experience with buying his 1st hemorrhoid medication. He was in a store reading the label on a box of Tucks when a middle age Asian woman approached him. She was obviously a recent import and was trying to learn about how we do things.
She pointed at the box and said "What is?"
"Er, Tucks."
"Thank you. How use?"
He said he really didn't want to do an in-store demo so he did the next best thing...he ran.
