What "bullet proof" very well-made sunglasses
do the TEAMS use to provide themselves extra eye protection when in the field?

Would like to inquire what heavy duty "glasses" I could get in my prescription to serve in a multitude of activities;

hunting
fishing
hiking
working in any wood or metal shop,
around my vehicles,
working anywhere dust frags could get into my already compromised sight.

Some go-anywhere like 'goggles.' With maximum protection from the sides as well.

want glasses I can use that are resilient enough to stop errant lead shot in a dove field! But in my prescription.

Will they be expensive? Most likely!

Not really.. I saved about $150 bucks ordering them on line.

Most guys at work are going with WileyX's or Smiths.

I got the Smith Optics Chamber Elite, Polycarb, Progressive, Xtractive transition, anti glare, anti scratch.. yadda yadda. Nice glasses, real comfortable, good coverage.

About $300 to my door.

I wasn't a SEAL, but at various times I've been issued Bolle, Oakley, Wiley X and probably one or two other brands.
I preferred Oakley out of those.

Oakley and WileyX

If it has whipped cream and chocolate drizzles on it, it’s dessert. Grow up and get a coffee damnit

I've also read Maui Jims. Of course, that may be contractors as opposed to SEALs per se.
