Well done! My kids are quite a bit younger (8 and 5) but are getting into sports. It's amazing how fun it is to watch them work hard and succeed. Last winter was a watershed moment for my then 7yo. He decided to try wrestling. He's big for his age (57", 100#) which means he was often wrestling kids 2-3 years older than him. He learned that you have to really work and try hard to have a chance. The last tournament of the year you only wrestle kids your age. He pinned his way to the championship! It's really carried over into baseball this summer and into football. Lots of folks scoff at youth sports, but if done right can teach kids a lot of very good life lessons. Again, job well done RL!

My daughter plays for Helena High.
She's a senior and three-year varsity volleyball player who is smart as a whip. She gets her smarts and looks from her Mom thankfully.
Congrats to you daughter, RL, that Bozeman team is going to be tough this year. They have a heck of a program.
I'll look for you in Helena on September 1st for Hawks vs Bengals!
