This first action is an early FN commercial with the full C-ring and the FN banner on the front ring. This receiver has been drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
-The good news is that the holes in the front ring have been located so that they are on either side of the banner(as opposed to being drilled right through the banner.
-The bad news is that the holes in the rear bridge were done poorly(located too far forward on the ring). The correct way to fix this would be to have the holes welded up and redrilled by a competent smith.
This action is complete with the single stage FN trigger and bottom metal. The safety/shroud and bolt stop are not included(I could provide a bolt-stop if needed).
This action is in very nice condition with no pitting and very little wear to to bluing. Other than the holes in the rear bridge it is perfect.

This next action is unique. It was manufactured by FW Heym in Germany and has Greman proof marks. It has a full C-ring and a beautiful butter knife bolt handle. What really makes this action unique is the length. Unlike standard 98 receivers that are 8.875 long this receiver measures 8.5 inches.
I purchased this several years ago as a barreled action. It was originally a 30-06.
My idea was to use this action for a stalking rifle but the project never got past the planning stages so I am going to sell it in the hopes that it is put to use.
Because this action is not common I have no real idea on the value. I am going to ask $200 or best offer shipped to your FFL.
